Packaging
These vegan and cruelty-free lip and cheek tinge by Forest Trove come inside a plastic tub with a screw lid over it.The lip and cheek dew serum comes in a glass bottle with a golden dropper attached to it.I really love the luxe packaging of this lip and cheek dew serum.They are housed inside a cardboard box that mentions all the details regarding the products.The brand has also sent a plantable seed paper which is yet another approach by the brand towards sustainable development.
Review of Forest Trove Lip & Cheek Tint- Orange & Tangerine (Samar)
Orange & Tangerine Lip and Cheek Tinge in the shade Samar.This is a beautiful lip and cheek tint that has an orangish hue to it.Initially when I saw the orange colour I felt its not going to suit me.But soon after applying it my thoughts changed completely.Upon application it gives a very natural orangish rusty finish which looks very pleasing.Whereas on the cheeks it gives a peachy finish just like those chemical based blushes.It is made out of tangerine and orange and smells like orange candy.It keeps your lips moisturized due to the presence of shea butter,sunflower oil and petroleum jelly.The glossy finish of it makes your face look fresh and dewy.It stays on for a good 2-3 hours without eating anything.However you need to reapply it after that.The colour can be built up by layering it as many times depending upon your liking.
Forest Trove Lip & Cheek Tint- Macadamia & Almond (Sani)
Macadamia Nut & Almond Lip & Cheek Tinge in the shade Sani.This tint has a beautiful reddish wine shade that looks very flattering.I layer it altleast 4-5 times and it performs just like a tinted lip gloss does.It is enriched with macadamia nut and almond.Both the ingredients are highly nourishing.When applied on cheeks it gives a natrual flushed look along with being dewy at the same time.Sani has to be my favourite shade.It looks very amazing and I keep grabbing my hands on to it throughout the day.The staying power is 2-3 hours post that reapplication is needed.
Usually lip and cheek tints tend to just impart a colour to your lips.These lip and cheek tinge from Forest Trove are an exception.They provide you with that natural tint BUT along with that also moisturize and nourish your lips and cheeks at the same time.Not to forget that they formulate their products using all natural ingredients and fruit extracts.

Now coming to my most favourite formulation by the brand.I am reviewing it at the end because I wanted to save the best things for the last.This lip and cheek dew serum instantly became my absolute favourite.I feel I am going to fall short of words.This lip and cheek dew serum is A-H-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It gives a beautiful reddish colour to my lips and cheeks.The lip and cheek dew serum is made out of strawberry and goji berry extracts.It smells like a garden of strawberries.When I applied this lip and cheek dew serum my parents immediately asked me,”What have you applied.You look so fresh like a Kashmiri apple?”
Guys you wont believe I applied this lip and cheek dew serum without any makeup on my face.It instantly made my face look fresh and added definition to my face.You all might feel that I am overexaggerating by praising this product so much.But trust me,try it out yourself and you’ll be absolutely amazed by this beauty.I have slightly pigmented lips and was sceptical that these products wont hide this issue.But it out performed my expectations.They covered my lip pigmentation like a charm and also provided a flush of colour to my cheeks.
