This body butter comes in a round plastic tub with a screw cap over it. It has an additional covering of a white plastic lid to keep the cream safe from spillage. It has cocoa chocolate coloured packing which clearly conveys the ingredients of this body cream.
Texture
This body cream is slightly off white in colour and has a very thick creamy consistency.
Fragrance
It has a very strong fragrance of cocoa powder. Somewhat it even smells like vanilla essence.

My first thought about this body cream was that being very thick in consistency it won’t absorb into the skin quickly. To my surprise, this body cream spreads and absorbs into the skin easily. Neither does it leave any greasiness after application. These days body butter and creams are highly overpriced but this product from Himalaya is providing a large quantity at a very reasonable price. This body cream instantly nourished, moisturised and hydrated my dry skin. I didn’t need to reapply it again for the rest of the day. I could see that it healed my dry and rough skin within 2 uses itself and provided intense hydration.
As I am a person who likes mild fragrance in body care products I find the smell a bit too overpowering that lingers for a very long time. My mom uses it more often and could see visible improvement in her skin texture. It even contains vitamin E that is known to nourish dehydrated and dull skin because of the antioxidant properties in it. It does provide a healthy and natural glow to the skin. Just a small amount is required therefore it lasts for a good time. I have oily skin so I gave it a try during winters. People with normal to dry skin should definitely try this. To conclude this body cream from Himalaya does its job of hydrating the skin very well.
